INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, DOCUMENTS AND IMAGES

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The processing of personal data, documents, and any images/photographs provided through this web portal is carried out for the following purposes:

3. DATA RETENTION

Data will be processed for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

  • For Users Who Participated in the Activity: Personal data, documents, and images will be stored for a minimum period of 10 years following the conclusion of the activity, in order to comply with applicable legal and fiscal obligations (e.g., ten years for accounting and tax documents) and to preserve the organization's internal historical and statistical records. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless further retention is required by law.
  • For Users Who Did Not Participate in the Activity: If registration is not finalized or participation is withdrawn, all personal data and documents will be deleted within 365 days from closure or cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.

4. USE OF IMAGES AND PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL

By accepting this notice, you authorize the Controller to use and publish your images and/or photographs taken during the activity.

  • Purpose: Images may be used on this web portal and/or official related social channels for documentary, promotional, or informational purposes related to the activity itself.
  • Conditions: Such use will respect your dignity and privacy. The authorization is granted free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis.

5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
